I know but let just say: use xml instead of txt and I am fine too ;)

Feeds are styleable, usable anywhere, e.g. can be displayed with a FE 
Plugin anywhere... txt is oldstyle, outdated.

There is no reason for txt IMO (some bytes traffic are not a reason anymore)

But I don't decide
