[TYPO3] buggy behaviour in backend

I have a funny thing happening in my new installation of T3v4.2.0, TV 1.3.6,
in FF2.0.0.12, PHP 5.2.5, MySql 5.0.45-community

 

When I select "page", sometimes the wizard from TV shows in the right hand
panel . and to get to the page properties I have to click on "page" again,
AND sometimes the actual page I am trying to view.

 

It happens in "list" too.

 

Is this a bug with TV or T3? Should I put it in the bug tracker? And where
should it go . TV or T3Core?
