[TYPO3] Installing using new mssql driver

Hey all, I'm working on getting Typo3 to work better with SQL Server and have created an ADOdb driver for the new sqlsrv php driver. I've tried using that driver with Typo3 install using the dbal but after creating the tables in the install tool I get a long list of alter table statements that when I try to execute them it generates a URL that's entirely too long (17k characters). I've tried shortening it to only include the items I've checked but nothing happens, here's my shortened URL:
