[TYPO3] cooluri in 4.2

Hi Steffen,

Thanks for your reply.  Running a compare reveals that Typo3 wants to remove 
the link_cache and link_oldlinks tables, so something's not right (but the 
extension is working fine; the only symptom is the missing 'Speaking URL' 
field).

Removing the ext completely (including the DB fields) and reinstalling 
doesn't fix this.   Evidently there's a config problem somewhere... 
localconf problem maybe?  I find this sort of thing difficult to diagnose!
