[TYPO3] Problems with drag-and-drop for non-admins (nh_tvdragndrop)

Hello,

I have problems with drag-and-drop for non-admins (nh_tvdragndrop) for 
non-admins: each content-element gets duplicated instead of dragged to 
the new position (using TYPO3 4.2/TV). I am not using work-spaces.

Any one has had this experience?
