[TYPO3] locked myself out of the Backend

Hi all

 

I have locked myself out of the typo3 backend. I can't remember what I did,
but I know I screwed around with passwords, and now I can't login.

 

Of course, the passwords are encrypted, and I am not sure what I need to do.
I tried to encrypt a password, replace the password that is not working, and
log in, but that failed, so apparently there is another safeguard at work.

 

Any ideas?
