Hi Alessandro,

You just need to map it using a TypoScript Object Path. E.g., 
lib.macinaSearch. And then, in your TS, you may use the standard 
configuration as explained in the documentation. Something like:

lib.macinaSearch < plugin.tx_macinasearch
