[TYPO3] content_fallback message

hi list,

anyone knows if there is a way to display a message for the user when  
content_fallback hits?

e.g. lang 0 eng - lang 1 italian, when no content in italian is  
available content_fallback hits and shows eng content, at this point I  
would like to display a message like "sorry this content is not  
localized in the language requested"
