[TYPO3] Upgrade tx_srfeuserregister_pi1

Hi all,
I have upgraded tx_srfeuserregister due to the security fix announced. When I surf to the page to create a account there is no template parsed. I only 
get the link "Click here to edit your account or to delete it". When adding "&tx_srfeuserregister_pi1[cmd]=create" to the URL the form is displayed. 
This is also needed whit the edit form.

I did place the code EDIT end CREATE to the content elements without any result.

Does anybody know what the problem is here?
