[TYPO3] Still problem with converting images

Hi!

I upload some photos. If I see first time the FE page, the typo3 converting 
these images to the optimal size. This process taka a little time, but if 
this time more than 30 sec, I get server error.  I don't understand this, 
because in my php.ini the max execution time is 180sec .

My question is it is a typo3 configuration problem, or server configuration 
problem?
