[TYPO3] Realurl not working in one typo3 installation, yet working in another on the same domain.

Not only. It must have root TS template on it and have "is site root" flag set.

I saw people who put wrong rootpage_id and then complain that RealURL does not work. So I asked :)

May be something has changed in TYPO3 after autoconfiguration made its file? If you added domains after configuration, you need to remove autoconfiguration.
