[TYPO3] realurl postVarSet problem

In 1.3.3 documentation of RealURL I read this:

I use the latest version available of RealURL, that is according to the 
TER version 1.3.3. Is there any 1.4 version somewhere as stated in the 
documentation? Is this a beta "release" in SVN?
