[TYPO3] Screen-capture video using Mac OS X

Hi there,

I recently switched to Mac OS X and I would like to know which software 
you use to produce screen capture videos?

Kasper wrote this document:

but it turns out that it is Windows-related.

I saw in a few posts that some of you are using Camtasia, which seems 
very good but it runs only on Windows :-/
