[TYPO3] two questions concerning CoolURI

Hi,

I have the following two questions concerning CoolURI:

1) I have the newloginbox an every page, right below my menu.
If I use CoolURI, the "Forgot password"-Link is rewritten differently an 
everypage. How Do I setup CoolURI in a way, that the link always points 
to the same path?

2) I'm using cal on the same page. Is ist possible, to rewrite the path 
using some conditions?
I want to have the following result

root
- cal (with current month)
---2008 (year view 2008)
---2008/05 (month view may 2008)
---2008/05/01 (day view May, first, 2008)

Any hints?
