[TYPO3] templavoila configuration moving from local to PROD

Firsts, please ask TemplaVoila questions in TemplaVoila list.

Secondly, you can use export/import to export/import templates. Click on the sysfolder with DS/TO and see "Export to t3d" in menu. Make sure you do NOT force uid values.
