[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register: country names in country language

hi andreas,

have a look into the database on table "static_countries". after the 
update there should be an additional column "cn_short_de" at the end and 
it should be filled with the german names of the countries - please 
first check this.
if it's true than please check your general language-settings in the 
config-part for german language:

config.language = de

with these additional column and the language-setting the countries are 
in german language now in the country-selection (static_info_country) of 
sr_feueser_register.

i've tested it right now in one of my projects (TYPO3 4.1.2, 
sr_feuser_register 2.5.7, static_info_tables 2.0.5, 
static_info_tables_de 2.0.1).
