[TYPO3] Contextmenu in pagetree doesn't show up.

Many plugins are incompatible with Typo3 4.2 - so some plugin might 
cause problems - must just uninstall some. Concerning my own plugins 
(tm_share_lib and skin_grey_2) I have done much work to get them Typo3 
4.2 compatible and in last versions there should not be major problems 
(contextual menus work).
