[TYPO3] user permissions - unhide created page

Hi!

I'm trying to make user accounts with different rights, like this:

Editor - *can't* create pages, only edit existing content, but *can* 
create (add) news *and* make them visible

SuperEditor - same as editor, plus can create new page *and* make them 
visible

Poweruser - can view Tools >  Log (but he is still user, not admin)


Went to User Tools > User Admin, Group, set settings there and it almost 
did what i want. But now when, for example, Editor creates new News 
item, he can't unhide it, same this about new page and superEditor.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
