[TYPO3] Problems after upgrading typo3 4.0.8 -> 4.1.5

Hi,

I recently upgraded my typo3 installation to 4.1.5 from 4.0.8. After
that I do have some problems. I can't add pictures from dam to page
elements or sort tham in the BE. (I can select tham, but after
saving the site element, the list is empty again) Also I can't delete 
pictures already added to a page element.

I've read the "Upgrade to TYPO3 4.1" here
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/dam/1.0.11/view/1/5/#id3502446

but can't find the relevant configuration options. I find:

Enable Web>File
Hide Media sysfolder
Developer Functions
Debug Functions

Deleting the mmforeign ext. didn't helped in any way.

What can be the problem? What could be a solution?

System: RedHat EL4, Typo3 4.1.5, DAM 1.0.11, mmforeign 0.4.0
