[TYPO3] logged into back-end but system bounces me out

Hi everyone,
   
  (a) sign-on screen shown
  (b) logged in as admin, password
  (c) screen said 'dangerous - must change password'
  (d) select user-setup 
  (e) screen said ' 
  Login-error or session timed-out  
No user logged in! Sorry, I can't proceed then!

(You must have cookies enabled!)

  (f) at other time, the system does not even show me the back-end login screen....it just hang there....showing a blank screen
