[TYPO3] Follow-through update on THE INSTALL TOOL IS LOCKED

Hi,

I must have deleted my earlier thread on this. First of all, let me thank
all of you for helping with advice.

I discovered the source of the problem. I had installed Drupal at the root
of the public folder. Its .htaccess has Options - Indexes and some
conditional checkings. I tested by disabling the .htaccess and the
installation went through smoothly.
