[TYPO3] Force Typo3 to add Getvar "L" to every link - even if "L=0"

Hi Guys,

i'm trying to force Typo3 to always append the parameter of the current 
sys_language, no matter if its 1 or 0. Normally L=0 is not appended...

how can i make sure, that this L Parameter is always in my URL?
