[TYPO3] Image Processing Settings

Good evening all!
This is a newbie question concerning getting rollovers to work in typo3. At
the present moment I have setup a site using the basic "Green" template. But
I think that I need to do something so that the rollover menu can work. I
know that it requires a change to be made with the install tool, but I don't
really know where to go from there, or what to do.

All help would be appreciated.
