[TYPO3] how insert the files from a old web to new one?

in TYPO3 all content is stored in a database. the HTML will be generated
on request.
if you have HTML you will need to extract the content (text) from the
formatting (html) to insert it anew in TYPO3. Propably a lot of work by
hand.
if your old page is a TYPO3 you can export those old pages to import it
in the new one (use context-menu on root-page!). normaly this should
include all used files (jpg, html, css). be aware which tables you
export: those may overwrite records in the new site.
