[TYPO3] Macmadelogin icon doesn't appear

I configured the macmadelogin small login box. Unfortunately the login. The small login icon doesn''t appear.  I see with the browser that he try to load this icon from the path  http://www.doimain.org/folder/typo3conf/ext/loginbox_macmade/res/login.gif, but the right path is http://www.doimain.org/folder/subfolder/typo3conf/ext/loginbox_macmade/res/login.gif

In the html source I see this line.
<input name="submit" type="image" src="../typo3conf/ext/loginbox_macmade/res/login.gif">

I think that the path
../typo3conf/ext/loginbox_macmade/res/login.gif
 is wrong, this should be 
typo3conf/ext/loginbox_macmade/res/login.gif
 From the macmadelogin source I examined that this path is the value of the typo3 variable  t3lib_extMgm::extRelPath

My question, why it is wrong on my installaton?
