id of GRSP. Always id of GRSP because it is substituted by core, not tt_news.

Form is displayed by core (by t3lib_TCEforms), so it takes care about all WHERE and proper replacements of ### markers there. It is universal for any record in the system.

If there is no GRSP in the current root line, then sql error will happen.
