When tt_news doesn't use a General Record Storage Page,  
###STORAGE_PID### is empty, which causes a SQL error. The result is  
that selected categories for a news record are not saved.

The fix is actually a bad one, because the statement is correct for  
people who use a GRSP and incorrect otherwise. I don't know how this  
can be solved cleanly.
