[TYPO3] Upgrade to 4.2.1: The page is not configured! [type= 0][]

Hi,

I'm usually seeing the error, when I either forgot configuring my template
for the page to use Templavoila, and in some cases when I forgot to set a
proper template for the page (+ subpages).

Did you remember to set active Templatevoila in you template?
