[TYPO3] show fe_user email in frontend

Hi,

I'd like to replace a marker ###EMAIL### in my template with a logged in 
user's email adress.
Which code should I place in my setup? I know how to retrieve  
tt_content like this,

marks.SOMEMARKER= RECORDS
marks.SOMEMARKER.tables = tt_content
marks.SOMEMARKER.source = 112

for example, but I don't know how to achieve this.
