[TYPO3] Migration issue - website not displaying pages - .htaccess problem?

Actually that shouldn't be the problem, since it is being rewritten but 
also where it shouldn't be (/typo3, /fileadmin).

Maybe you could post your .htaccess contents (without the comments!).
