[TYPO3] Sr_FEuser_register form Problem

[typo3 at gcnpublishing.com]

i recently upgraded from sr_feuser_register version 2.5.12 to 2.5.15 but
the form in there when displayed doesn't shows static info country
dropdown. it shows up as ###static_info_country on the frontend. can
anyone point me how i can resolve this?
