[TYPO3] Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded & cms not loaded

Have you changed TYPO3 version between hosts? sv was an extension long time ago and now it is merged into core. It should be in typo3/sysext/sv. If you have it locally (in typo3conf/ext/), it will conflict with system one.
