[TYPO3] menu item without link

if it's the current element you could the doNotLinkIt = 1 for the CUR element on that menu.

I would like one of my menu items to just serve as a rollover to allow
another menu to popup. The rollover link that causes the menu to popup I
would like to be dead. Wondering how I can do this.
