[TYPO3] Backend form editing in BE after submit

Hi all,
When building a extension you can choose the option "Add preprocessing 
with PHP function" with a selectbox. I am looking for this functionality 
for the whole form and especially for changing the name of a uploaded file.

I thought to fix it by adding a line

    "itemProcFunc" => "tx_roqcvupload_tx_roqcvupload_cvs_cvname->main",

to the TCA.php

This does not work... does someone knows how to accomplish this?
