[TYPO3] Moving elements using admpanel

Hi all,

Im have a strange error. When using the up-button in the admPanel in 
frontend, the element moves up, but if i move up the first element then 
it disapear. The same happen with the secondfirst. If i move the element 
down everything works perfect.

I have been google'ing around but cant seem to find anything that solves 
it. This error is the same for all my sites aparently.

Im running 4.2.0 with templavoila 1.3.6.

Anyone?
