[TYPO3] Mailformplus

Hello all, 

It seems I am missing something in setting up mailformplus. I installed the extension with no errors. I created a new mailformplus on the webpage and used the single page demo template to use the mailform. However, I get nothing on the web page. And the only thing that Typo3 generates is "<!--TYPO3SEARCH_begin--><!--TYPO3SEARCH_end-->". So what am I missing?
