[TYPO3] Chinese localization issues

Andreas,

The langChildren line was missing in the TV DS, but even after adding,
resaving templates, and flushing caches there's still no Chinese
content.

It's frustrating to see the page titles working at
http://www.cannonbose.cn/typo3-support.html, but not content.

I figure my worst case is to go content hunting via debugging after
the weekend, but I'm hoping another will point the way in the mean
time.
