Hi

Your problem is pretty clear, the directories fileadmin, typo3conf,
typo3temp and uploads MUST be owned by the same user that is running your
webserver, otherwise TYPO3 will not be able to write to them, and that
causes the errormessage you see.

there is something about "change the owner and group rights of the files"
that you need to do.

Dmitry might not always be so nice when people give bad advice, but if you
think that helping you not getting your website broken into is bad, then
you need to think again.
