[TYPO3] tt_news RSS error in IE because of html entitie

Hey,

My rss feed gives errors in IE because of html entity & in the link does 
not get converted to &amp;
I have this link http:///www.mydomain.tld/story.bsp?sid=108603&var=story#

IE ask for a ; after the &var because he does not compute.

any sollutions? config.htmlSpecialChars = 1 does not work.
