[TYPO3] windows server

Hi

for some reason my host cuts me off for too much CPU usage.



It happened twice this last month and I have never had the problem before in over 4 years.

What can be causing my typo3 to be using so much - the traffic has approx 500 visitors a day.

Anything I should know or be aware of, or what can I do to optimize it. How can I find out what is causing it.

Is it the database or? I apologize for my ignorance on server issues.
