[TYPO3] Moving to a new server for the first time. How?

Hi.

I need to move an entire Typo3 installation to a new server.

My question is simply how I do this the easiest way.

Is there an extension that can help?

I saw the a new extension named "Site cloning utility" It sound like it 
does the job but there is no documentation.

Any other suggestions?
