[TYPO3] Set bgcolor in a image

Hi,

Is it possible to set baggroundcolor on a image in a flexible content 
element?

10 = IMAGE
	10.file = GIFBUILDER
	10.file {
		XY = 120,120
		10 = IMAGE
		10.file.import = uploads/tx_templavoila/
		10.file.import.current = 1
		10.file.import.listNum = 0
		10.file.maxW = 120
		10.file.minW = 120
		10.file.maxH = 120
		10.file.minH = 60
		
	}


I want the bgcolor to be set when the rendered picture have a height 
less than 120.
