[TYPO3] mm_forum - E-mail notification doesn't work

Hi Daniel,

There's a bug in the TER version (see 
http://svn.typo3.net/log.php?repname=mm_forum&path=%2Fmm_forum%2F&rev=0&sc=1&isdir=1)

Get the last version from SVN and email notification works again:

http://svn.typo3.net/dl.php?repname=mm_forum&path=%2Fmm_forum%2Fmm_forum%2F&rev=0&isdir=1
