Hi Andreas, 

should i make a bug tracking entry or post on the developer list? Any 
developers reading here? I think this behaviour is a step backwards in 
editors usability. I manage many TYPO3 setups and the editors don't like 
this. It would be nice if the rte enable/disable feature is more 
configurable.
