[TYPO3] Importing data from other site as text item on the page (tt_content)

Hello Again

 I wonder is there any good plugin to import data from some kind of source
as items text in given page. I see there is tgimportwizard extension - but i
have not tested it yet.
In database is tt_content table, so is there anything why i should not
import directly from one database to typo3 database? Only uid's will be
different, all over things will be good for text item (maybe there are some
counters which are not triggerd with table?). I wonder only about ordering
column.
