Skoal Uschi,

I think the question in this topic isn't to hide a page in menu, in fact it's to eleminate a 
pagepath from the middle of an URL.

http://mydomain.tld/en/menu/firstpage.html
should become
http://mydomain.tld/en/firstpage.html
