[TYPO3] Image icon is not visible

Hi

i would like to add an image in between of my texts but it seems i  
can't find the "image icon" where i can simply add or insert an image.  
does anyone have any idea where i can find it? in my "edit rich text  
editor" these are all i can see. i don't even have the "Underline"  
portion.
