I've problems using sysfolders as menu-starting-point(or say folder for pages), f.e. slide of 
content did not work. Therefore I use page type shortcut as "container" for my f.e. top-menu and 
left-menu. In page type shortcut there's also missing the "remove from middle" option. I have to 
switch to page type standard, set the option and switch back to page type shortcut.
