Okay, I investigated a bit about the available extensions, and I got a 
more detailed document about the requirements.

Actually, because the file-management seem to be the central part of the 
extranet, I'm probably going to rip '/fefilebrowser' /apart and glue it 
together with '/ameos_formidable', //'ameos_feuser_mgr'/, or 
alternatively '/mth_feedit'. /I don't know if any of those extension 
will benefit from it, it allready is going to look like a un-portable hack.

I appreciate any comment, preventing me from making a bad/naive choice
