[TYPO3] Default values on one page

Hi,

is it possible to have deafult values for Content Elements on one page 
in the pagetree?

I would like to have frame-1 on all content elements that is created on 
one page. So I can not set in as default value on SQL, and not use 
UserTS. So I hope there is a way to do this by PageTS, but have not 
been able to find any solution.
